We have 92 delivery terminals in the US and Canada, with 300 tractor/trailer units, 4 crossdocks, 2 consolidation centers and over 1,000 local delivery vehicles. In addition to our industry-best delivery services, we have a proprietary regular and irregular air-ride LTL system (the "TimeLok" system) that provides interstate transportation and delivery of high-end consumer products from manufacturers' and retailers' distribution facilities to the Company's cross-dock facilities and final mile delivery terminals. Truck departures and arrivals within the TimeLok system operate according to a fixed schedule, enabling HomeDirectUSA to provide timely and consistent delivery services. HomeDirectUSA achieved this quality recognition on September 29th, 1998, when ISO 9001:2000 registration was awarded. Audits are performed every six months by our registrar, QMI, to maintain our registration. These audits verify our system's comprehensiveness and show that continuous improvement is occurring. HomeDirectUSA also carefully monitors each of our 92 service center's performance on a regular basis and has developed an industry-leading performance measurement system whereby each service center is evaluated according to 14 different operating metrics. These metrics were developed in concert with HomeDirectUSA's key corporate clients during a survey process conducted at the Company's annual Customer Forum (a meeting attended by HomeDirectUSA's 21 largest clients and representatives from all of its service centers). Moreover, all service centers are highly motivated to meet HomeDirectUSA's quality standards. The Company has corrective and preventive action processes in place in line with its ISO registration and has the ability to terminate any service center if the quality standards are not maintained.
