Brian Gallagher
Chief Executive Officer, President

Brian Gallagher brings an outstanding knowledge of the industry's trends, competitive environment and customer needs to HomeDirectUSA. A 14-year veteran of the home delivery industry, he spent numerous years as an executive with The Bekins Company, a leading transportation and distribution service. In 1999, he became General Manager of HomeDirectUSA, then in 2005 he became Chief Executive Officer and President, and has led the company through a period of extraordinary growth. He is a member of the Furniture Transportation and Logistics Council and its sister organization, the International Furniture Transportation and Logistics Council. He completed his Master's studies at Michigan State University.

Jim Vargo
Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President

Jim Vargo has served as CFO for HomeDirectUSA for the last five years including two years with the former holding company, The Bekins Company. He is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. He is also a Certified Public Accountant and has served as a President/Director of the Turnaround Management Association, President of the Commercial Finance Association and Treasurer/Director for the Association for Corporate Growth, Midwest Chapters.

Shouvik Dutta
Chief Information Officer

Shouvik Dutta brings more than eighteen years of technology experience to his role as the Chief Information Officer. Shouvik brings his vast experience in technology innovation and systems development from both strategic and tactical perspectives His background includes experience in a variety of industries including logistics, manufacturing, retail, and consulting. He is responsible for integrating and managing the diverse requirements of HomeDirectUSA. Shouvik holds two masters degrees including an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. from Tufts University.

Tony Coletto
Vice President, Sales

Tony Coletto brings more than two decades of transportation and logistics industry experience to his role as VP of Sales. His background includes more than 15 years in various sales and management roles for Bekins Worldwide Solutions. He previously held management roles at McLean Trucking and Old Dominion. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Northern Illinois University.

Frank Gaura
Chief Operating Officer

Frank has over 20 years of experience in a variety of Supply Chain Management roles involving Multi-Site DC Operations, Transportation Management and Business Development and is currently responsible for operations at HomeDirectUSA. He has a background implementing and managing enabling Supply Chain technologies including Order, Warehouse, and Transportation Management Systems as well as Network Modeling and Visibility tools.  Prior to HD, Frank worked for Third Party logistics companies including DSC Logistics, USCO/Kuehne-Nagel as well as Georgia-Pacific, a large consumer product company. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University.

Steve Stayduhar
Vice President, Network Operations

Steve Stayduhar has been an operations leader in the transportation industry for over 20 years and is currently responsible for the network of agents who perform the local pickup and delivery operations for HomeDirectUSA. Prior to joining HomeDirectUSA, Steve was the Chief Operations Officer of APX Logistics, and worked at FedEx Ground. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago.

Jim Mikrut
Vice President, Customer Experience

Jim Mikrut has over 17 years of Customer Relationship Management skills. As the leader of the Customer Experience Team, Jim is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the HomeDirectUSA customer base and the successful implementation of new account relationships. Jim has held several roles within HomeDirectUSA ranging from Managing Director of Strategic Business Development, Director of Customer Service and Director of Business Integration. He earned his degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
