HomeDirect utilizes a fully equipped fleet, advanced technology and trained professionals for its furniture delivery service to ensure that your product is delivered without damage, in a timely manner and with outstanding service to your consumer.

HomeDirect has developed a variety of options that allows you to choose the most beneficial type of service based on the product type, transit time requirements, delivery destination and in-home services. Once you make your choice, we take care of the rest – bringing it home for your customer.

Complete Transportation

With the Complete Transportation option, HomeDirect will pick up the shipment directly from the manufacturer, distributor or warehouse location, and then leverage our proprietary line haul system to provide full line haul service to the HomeDirect final mile delivery terminal. 

Once there, we will schedule a convenient four-hour window to deliver the shipment to your customer. The Complete Transportation option is ideal for an online retailer who lacks warehouse space and is interested in moving individual shipments from the manufacturer directly to the consumer.

HomeDirect provides this service to all zip codes within the US and to all postal codes in Canada. 

Shipment from National / Regional HomeDirect Super Center

For those customers interested in a delivery option with greater flexibility and convenience, HomeDirect offers our strategically located Consolidation Centers or, as we call them, Super Centers.

Customers with sufficient volume from limited origin points can inject their shipments midwaythrough our transportation system, allowing their products to be more efficiently delivered throughout a specific region. By orchestrating deliveries to and from our Super Centers, products are handled less often, meaning fewer opportunities for damage, as well as significantly lower transportation costs and faster transits.

Final Mile Transit

With Final Mile Transit, HomeDirect will receive your shipment from a third-party transportation provider or private fleet directly at one of our final mile delivery terminals. From there, we will schedule a four-hour window to complete the delivery to your customer.

Final Mile Transit is a popular option among companies that already use an interstate transportation system and whose products move well via LTL transportation.
