HomeDirect offers three transportation and delivery speeds for our corporate customers, including reverse logistics options. No matter what speed you require, HomeDirect can guarantee detailed tracking, safe and damage-free transit, and specialized handling.

Standard Service

• Average transit time of 10 days
• Shipments move at actual weight
• If a shipment has unique dimensions, this product will move at the actual weight – not the dimensional weight
• Best service for shipments that require specialized handling or need Deluxing Services
• Used when there is a forward deployment of inventory (when product is "injected" into our line haul system)
• Offered with all white glove services (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum)

Direct Express Non-Guaranteed

• Average transit time of 7 days
• Product moves at greater of dimensional or actual weight
• Available with our Deluxing Services
• Economical service for small shipments (less than 200 lbs.)
• Offered with all in-home services (Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum)

Direct Express Guaranteed

• Guaranteed five-business-day transit within 150 miles of any of our terminals
• Guaranteed 10-business-day transit beyond 150 miles of any of our terminals
• Product moves at greater of dimensional or actual weight
• Outstanding service for products such as televisions or fitness equipment
• Reimbursed shipping costs in the event of failure
• Offered with all In-Home Services(Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum)
