Everyone at HomeDirect knows the white glove shipping business and has a deep understanding of how crucial it is to get all the details just right. Most of us have lived and breathed logistics for more than 20 years, but that doesn’t mean we’re entirely “old school” either. We embrace technology and have a passion for people and processes that shines through all we do.

Brian Gallagher, CEO and President

Brian brings an outstanding knowledge of the industry's trends, competitive environment and customer needs to HomeDirect. A 16-year veteran of the home delivery industry, he spent numerous years as an executive with The Bekins Company, a leading transportation and distribution service.

In 1999, he became General Manager of HomeDirect. In 2005, he became Chief Executive Officer and President, and continues to lead the company through its current period of extraordinary growth.

He is a member of the Furniture Transportation and Logistics Council and its sister organization, the International Furniture Transportation and Logistics Council. He completed his master's studies at Michigan State University.

Frank Gaura, COO

Frank is currently responsible for operations at HomeDirect. With more than 20 years of experience in a variety of supply chain management roles involving multi-site DC operations, transportation management and business development, Frank brings a wealth of expertise to implementing and managing supply chain technologies, including order, warehouse, and transportation management systems, as well as network modeling and visibility tools.

Prior to HomeDirect, Frank worked for third-party logistics companies including DSC Logistics and USCO/Kuehne-Nagel, as well as Georgia-Pacific, a large consumer products company.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Northern Illinois University.

Jeff Frederick, CIO

Before joining HomeDirect in 2012, Jeff spent over 25 years in the IT consulting industry where he helped clients in the manufacturing, financial services, and distribution industries.  He brings experience in managing large systems at Fortune 500 companies using the latest technologies including mobile platforms, cloud computing, and custom software development.  He brings significant IT process and risk management experience to the HomeDirect team.

 Jeff is a graduate of Bowling Green State University and holds a degree in Computer Science along with a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.

Jim Mikrut, VP, Customer Experience

Jim has more than 17 years of customer relationship management skills. As the leader of our Customer Experience Team, Jim is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the HomeDirect customer base and the successful implementation of new account relationships.

Jim has held several roles within HomeDirect, including managing director of strategic business development, director of customer service and director of business integration.

He earned his degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Tony Coletto, VP, Sales and Marketing

Tony Coletto brings more than two decades of transportation and logistics industry experience to his role as VP of sales and marketing. His background includes more than 20 years in various sales and management roles for Bekins Worldwide Solutions. He previously held management roles at McLean Trucking and Old Dominion.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance from Northern Illinois University.
